Do you do international shipping?

Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping. But we’re working on it, and hope to add it soon! Especially for the fans in Latin America <3

Can I cancel my order?

We package and ship orders 24 hours after they’re confirmed. If the order is cancelled before that time period, we will honor it. If your order is already packed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

How long until I’m refunded?

Refunds take 5-7 days to process.

We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Sorry— we’re a small business and cannot accept returns or exchanges at the moment. Hopefully in the future! In the meantime, email us at hey@craig-bartlett.com with your issue. We might be able to find a solution.

Is your website ADA compliant?

This website contains a third-party plugin, also known as a Widget, called “Accessibly,” which is powered by this third party’s accessibility server.
